Tianling Shen 30bcdfd2b9 kernel: bump to 4.9.307, 4.14.272, 4.19.235 
Added new Kconfig `HARDEN_BRANCH_HISTORY`.

Manually-rebased patches:
- generic/hack-4.9/204-module_strip.patch
- generic/hack-4.9/220-gc_sections.patch
- generic/hack-4.14/220-gc_sections.patch
- generic/hack-4.19/220-gc_sections.patch
- generic/backport-4.14/306-v4.16-netfilter-remove-saveroute-indirection-in-struct-nf_.patch

Refreshed all patches.
