Jo-Philipp Wich b7f7e9fe42 include/host-build.mk: use STAGING_DIR_HOSTPKG ...

Instead of hardcoding $(STAGING_DIR)/host, use the new $(STAGING_DIR_HOSTPKG)
variable to refer to the directory.
